Born on August 30, 1966

Graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Economics.

Worked at the Tokyo Mitsubishi Bank (now Mitsubishi UFJ Bank) in the London branch and sales headquarters, and served as Managing Director at foreign investment banks such as Merrill Lynch. Served as a member of the House of Representatives for two terms.

Involved in the legislation of the revised Payment Services Act (Virtual Currency Act) as a director of the Finance Committee. Has also held positions as president, executive officer, and auditor of listed companies.

Currently serves as the President and CEO of Cyberpunk Inc.
